SUSTAINABLE – ORGANIC – LOCALLY PRODUCED

 

A varied selection from the pantry of spring and early summer. We refine what the Earth, the Forest, the Sea, and the Lake bring to our kitchen. Some come directly from nature, others are crafted by hand—by farmers, agriculturalists, dairies, and more.

Ingredients are carefully and seasonally selected, with the utmost respect for animal welfare and our planet. Many of our suppliers work on a small scale and are based nearby.

 

Sometimes we have everything. Not always everything… sometimes even a little more.

 

Naturally, we’re happy to accommodate your needs—whether you avoid gluten, lactose, or have other dietary preferences. And for our younger guests under 12, we’ve got special options just for you too.

 

Have you booked an accommodation package that includes dinner? Ask about today’s menu when you check in. If you have specific requests, feel free to share them with us in advance.

 

Planning a larger gathering, from 10 to 100 people? Send us an email with your inquiry—we’ll gladly get back to you with suggestions tailored to your group and the occasion.

 

It’s often possible to book outside of our regular opening hours as well.

 

And just so you know—we’re dog-friendly! Your dog is always warmly welcome to join you here. If you happen to be allergic or uncomfortable around dogs, just let us know—we’ll make sure you’re seated at a comfortable distance.

EARLY SUMMER MENU – May 7 to June 19
Tuesday to Friday from 4 PM | Saturday from 2 PM

For evening dining, we recommend reserving a table, but feel free to drop by—we always do our best to make room for everyone. Last table booking is at 8 PM.

After Midsummer, our menu will be updated and we’ll be open every day from 2 PM.
